For eBay Payment is due within 7 days of the closing of the auction.

Contact us within 4 days after your winning bid in order to avoid cancellation and re-listing of the item. We will leave negative responses for customers failing to contact us regarding payment and shipping options.
Redrive Inc. charges 10% sales tax for items shipped to Illinois (IL).
Packaging and Handling
All items are blister-packed or foam-packed in custom shipping cartons for protection. A handling fee
is $7.00 for each shipment. For items over
50 lbs, handling fee is $25.00 for each shipment.
Shipping
All shipping are via UPS.
Contact us to use
another shipping service. We will combine multiple orders to reduce shipping fees when
there are possible. Standard order processing is 3-5 days after receiving payment. Rush and off-hours services
are available. You will receive an e-mail once your order has been shipped. You will
be also provide with a link containing your UPS tracking number, so you can monitor your orders shipping status. We DO NOT ship via UPS to P.O. Box addresses.
Shortage/Damage
Please unpack your order and report any shortage or damage immediately. We cannot be responsible for damaged shipments not reported within 15 business days of delivery. If a package arrives
in any damage, you can note the damage and call or e-mail us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask
him that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim. REDRIVE Inc. is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. Items that are auctioned "AS IS" will be refunded if damage is determined to have been caused by the shipping company; otherwise these items have no warranty. Items sold "AS IS" cannot be returned unless otherwise noted.

Exchange terms and
conditions
For some items exchange (trade-in) option available. You must pay all
amount for the item and it will be shipped to you immediately after payment
cleared. We will refund you cost of your defective (old) item after it will
be received and evaluated. Refund amount usually difference between item
price and repair price. Not repairable items (burned through, hard
damaged) not refundable. Shipping cost not refundable. You must

Warranty and returns
Drives, units and systems
For all new and used drives and units we provide
15 days limited warranty (parts and labor) unless otherwise stated. If the unit is found defective within
15 days of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair (Customer
responsible for shipping cost). (If you need to make a warranty return claim please contact us at
support@redrive.net for a return authorization number (RMA#) prior to any return). Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement at our
choice any defective product (or part thereof as we determine) with free of charge to our customer.
If we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit
your account in an amount equal to the sum you paid for it. Any warranty claim must be received before the end of
15 days warranty period (together with return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and
it must include our return authorization number (RMA#).The Warranty SHALL NOT COVER ANY COSMETIC DEFECTS that do not affect the functional operation of the equipment.
Manufacturers warranty applies on all new products.
Non-Warranty Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with a product from
REDRIVE Inc. you may return the product within 15 calendar days of the invoice date. A 20% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns. No non-warranty returns will be accepted 15 days after the invoice date. (If you need to make a non-warranty return claim please contact us at
support@redrive.net for a return authorization number (RMA#) prior to any return). Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by a
REDRIVE Inc. return authorization number (RMA#).
